Is there a subscription?
No. Every purchase is one-time. You pay only for the call and any add-ons you choose.
How do I pay?
By Interac e-Transfer — no credit card required. We email you the e-Transfer address and a security answer after you order. Reply with the confirmation number and your call is scheduled.
Are there any hidden fees?
None. The price you see at checkout is the total, in Canadian dollars. There is no tax added at checkout and no recurring charge.
What is the difference between a standard and Premium call?
Both are the same personal, interactive AI-powered call. The Premium option reserves a slot during the peak Christmas season (Dec 21–25), which is the most popular time and sells out early.
Can I get a refund?
If Santa cannot complete your call, we will re-book it or refund you. Contact support@callsfromsanta.ca and we will make it right.
